首届“丝路青年梦想汇”成果文件《丝路青年2018北京倡议》

为纪念“一带一路”倡议提出五周年，世界中联丝绸之路城市联盟、北京丝绸之路合作与发展促进会和中国人民大学重阳金融研究院联合主办的首届“丝路青年梦想汇”大型国际青年交流活动于2018年8月11-14日在北京成功举行。此次“梦想汇”以“相聚一带一路、放飞青春梦想”为主题，汇聚了“一带一路”沿线26个国家的近百名青年才俊，通过参加演讲、音乐与摄影三项赛事，分享梦想和年轻人心中的“一带一路”，促进国际青年人文交流与合作，为“一带一路”大业的长久发展奠定坚实人文基础。

在8月13日举行的颁奖晚会上，梦想汇演讲比赛一等奖得主作为参赛者代表宣读了活动成果文件——《丝路青年2018北京倡议》。该倡议是在广泛征求联合主办方、协办和支持单位以及所有参赛选手意见和建议的基础上完成的，反映了年轻选手认同、支持“丝路青年梦想汇”的心声、以及对梦想汇平台不断发展的憧憬，更是梦想汇后续行动的启动号角。全文如下：

丝路青年2018北京倡议

2018年8月11——14日，由丝绸之路城市联盟、北京丝绸之路合作与发展促进会、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院联合主办的首届“丝路青年梦想汇”大型国际青年交流活动在北京师范大学成功举办。

我们，经有关国家驻华使馆、文化机构、主办方及合作伙伴等多方专门推荐和活动组委会的专业选拔，来自“一带一路”沿线20个国家，最终遴选出的67名青年选手，有幸于“一带一路”倡议提出五周年之际，在北京参加“丝路青年梦想汇”演讲、音乐和摄影三项赛事的比赛和参观交流活动。

我们中有企业家、外交官、政府官员、艺术家和青年学生，围绕“相聚一带一路，放飞青春梦想”这一主题，各抒己见，表达了对“一带一路”的支持，以及我们对未来理想的追求，展示了青春年华，增长了见识，收获了友谊。

我们认为，“一带一路”首倡中国，惠及四海。青年作为维护世界和平、实现各国发展的宣传队与生力军，是共商、共建、共享“一带一路”的使命承担者和重要参与方。

我们呼吁，丝路青年把自己的梦想与一带一路的时代主题结合起来，以青春的激情，积极投入到这一大协奏，用青春的汗水，浇灌合作之林，友谊之花，让青春的梦想，沿着丝绸之路高高飞翔。

当前，世界局势波涛汹涌，不测事件层出不穷，但各国利益相互交织、你中有我、我中有你的局面没有改变。我们呼吁世界各国以开放、包容、创新的心态，拥抱多元文化，摒弃狭隘偏见，求同存异，共同应对时代大变局，建设命运共同体。

“梦想汇”不仅是我们年轻人交流的平台，也是连接社会、感知世界的桥梁。我们呼吁社会各界给予我们呵护、关心、指导和帮助。令我们激动的是，首届“梦想汇”活动得到中外各界的广泛关心和大力支持，外交使节、文化精英、企业领袖、媒体代表等中外嘉宾，与我们一道，分享知识和追梦历程。有关机构为比赛优胜者提供奖学金、实习和工作机会，为年轻人成长提供指南，营造良好的环境。

“一带一路”合作的大幕刚刚拉开，我们呼呼不同国家、不同地区、不同文化背景的年轻人加入丝路青年梦想汇活动，为“一带一路”合作与发展献计献策，也热忱地欢迎全世界有识之士予以指导和支持。

2018 Beijing Silk Road Youth Initiative

On August 11-14, 2018, the First Silk Road & Young Dreams, an international gala event of youth exchange, was successfully co-hosted at Beijing Normal University by Silk Road Cities Alliance, Beijing Belt & Road Cooperative Community and Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University of China. The fundamental goal of Silk Road & Young Dreams is to provide a stage for the youth along the Silk Road to shine with talents and potentials, a platform to feel the pulse of the present era and share dreams as well as a bridge to interact with the society. The project has been receiving extensive endorsement and support from related organizations and individuals in China and beyond. Nearly 100 young talents from 26 countries from all walks of life jointly announced 2018 Beijing Silk Road Youth Initiative as an outcome document to share project highlights and call on the youth and all stakeholders caring the youth growth to make efforts to support Silk Road & Young Dreams and enhance the youth friendship and exchange within the Belt and Road Initiative.

We, around 100 young participants from 26 countries along the Belt & Road, recommended by the embassies, cultural institutions, event hosts and partner organizations, selected by the professional jury, feel honored and privileged to participate in competitions of speech, music and photography in addition to field trips within the framework of the Silk Road & Young Dreams in Beijing on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Belt & Road Initiative.

Among us there are entrepreneurs, diplomats, government officials, artists and young students. With the slogan of “Get on the road, Get to the sky”, we freely shared views on the Belt and Road Initiative and expressed support to the BRI, celebrated talents and potentials, gained skills and knowledge, and most importantly, harvested friendship.

We believe that the Belt & Road Initiative was from China, and it is for the world. As the backbone of nations to safeguard the peace and pursuit the development across the globe, the youth remain the vanguards and advocates for building and sharing the Belt and Road through discussion and collaboration.

We call on the Silk Road youth to combine their dreams with the theme of the Belt and Road Era, join this grand concerto with passion, strengthen cooperation and friendship with toil, unleash full potential along the Silk Road with dreams.

Our world is marked by great uncertainty and volatility. However, we still find ourselves on a planet of shared interests and common future. We call on all nations to embrace cultural diversity with open, inclusive and innovative mindset, to abandon narrow-mindedness and prejudices, to agree to disagree, to jointly cope with the great changes of the times, to build a community of shared destiny.

Silk Road & Young Dreams is not only a platform for young people exchange, but also a bridge that unites the societies and connects the world. The growth of youth is in need of protection, care, guidance and support from all sectors of the society. It was extremely encouraging that the first Silk Road & Young Dreams had received extensive attention and solid support in China and beyond. Diplomatic envoys, cultural figures, business leaders, media representatives among other distinguished guests had joined us to share knowledge and dreams. Scholarship and internship priority application and career development opportunities were provided by partner organizations for contest winners in efforts to shape right environment for us to achieve stronger growth.

The curtain of the Belt & Road cooperation has just been raised. We call on all young friends from different countries, regions and cultural backgrounds to join us in the Silk Road & Young Dreams with commitment, ideas and actions to enhance the Belt & Road cooperation and development. We also eagerly anticipate support and inspiration from all people of wisdom and vision.
