GRAPE AND VIEYARD
At an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, wegrow our Pinot Noir grapes with which we produce this classic method sparking rosé.The altitude of the vineyard, and his exposure, allow us to obtain grapes withvarietal characteristics which reach a perfect maturity in the first days ofSeptember.
VINIFICATION
Grapes are harvested in small boxes of 10kg each,they are immediately fermented in cold. We do maceration in press for 12 hoursin order to obtain the color onion skin. The wine that we get is started forsparkling wine according to the traditional method, making fermentation inbottle.
THE WINE
The color of our Nerosé is said as onion skin,perlage is fine and very persistent. Aroma is rich and floral, in great balancewith hints of bread crust and outsourced. The taste is full, the foam is creamyin the mouth, has a great flavor with a smooth and silky final.
