“走出去”导航网与各国驻华使馆及投资促进官方机构建立友好合作关系倡议书（中英文）

“走出去”导航网（https://www.investgo.cn/）是由中国国际电子商务有限公司建设运营的专业服务平台，旨在围绕中国“走出去”战略，建立境外引资方与中国企业、中国企业与境外服务机构之间的沟通平台，面向对外投资、对外工程承包和对外劳务输出领域的中国企业提供服务。

平台自建立以来，我们以“一带一路”沿线国家为重点，拜访了百余家驻华使馆及投资促进官方机构，与多位大使、公使、公参、参赞、秘书等不同层级的外交官进行了项目宣讲与业务交流，并保持了持续性的联系。截至目前，“走出去”导航网通过线上与线下相结合的方式，已承办了包括2020年北京服贸会“国别日”系列活动在内的近80场经贸投资促进与合作交流活动，为中国企业参与全球经贸合作搭建了桥梁。

A Proposal to Establish Friendly and Cooperative Relations between InvestGo Platform from China International Electronic Commerce Center of the Ministry of Commerce and Foreign Embassies in China and Investment Promotion Official Agencies

Dear Sir/Madam,

The navigation network of "Going Out" (https://www.investgo.cn/) is a professional service platform, which was established by China International E-commerce Co., Ltd. It is designed for the Chinese "Going Out" strategy, aiming to establish a communication platform between overseas investment attractors and Chinese enterprises, as well as between Chinese enterprises and overseas service agencies. It provides services to Chinese enterprises in the fields of overseas investment, project contracting and labor export, and realizes the overall goal of " Setting directional navigation and escort for the ’ Going Out’ strategy of the enterprises ".

Since the establishment of the platform, we have visited more than 100 embassies and official institutions of investment promotion in China, focusing on the countries along the "One Belt And One Road", and we have carried out project publicity and business communication with diplomats of different levels such as ambassadors, ministers, public counselors, secretaries, etc. Up to now, the "Going Out" navigation network has hosted nearly 80 Economic, trade and investment promotion activities, as well as the cooperation and exchange activities through the combination of online and offline methods, including the "Country Day" series of the Beijing Service and Trade Fair in 2020. It has actually built a bridge for Chinese enterprises to participate in global economic and trade cooperation.
