中冶海外成功签约雅加达SOHO公寓二期工程项目

　　日前，中冶海外成功签约雅加达SOHO公寓二期工程项目施工总承包合同。

　　SOHO公寓二期工程项目位于雅加达市唐格朗地区，占地1.6公顷，总建筑面积约15万平米，为三座30层的精装修中高端公寓，合同工期36个月。本次签约的二期工程项目是继去年12月成功签署该项目桩基施工合同后，对除去桩基之外的上部工程总包合同的签定。

　　该项目为中冶海外在印尼承建的第一个大型房建工程，此项目的成功签约也将公司在印尼的业务从冶炼厂、公路桥梁建设，扩展至房屋建筑等领域，为提升中冶品牌在印尼的知名度与竞争力奠定了坚实的基础。

On June 16th, MCC Overseas successfully signed general contract of Djakarta SOHO Apartment Phase II Project.

Located in Tangerang of Djakarta, the project covers an area of 1.6 hectares, with total construction area of 150 thousand square meters, and construction period of 36 months. It includes three 30-stoery intensive decorated apartments

This is the first large house-building project that MCC Overseas has undertaken in Indonesia, which shows that its business domain in Indonesia has extended to housing construction. The Project lays foundation for MCC Overseas to develop brand recognition and competitiveness in Indonesia.
