The  estimated investment is 360 million yuan. Till now, we have got over 7000 mu  of land, including 3000 mu planting area for high-end nursery  stocks, 3000 mu ecological planting area for forest and 1000 mu greenhouses  for growing seedlings. We plan to construct two high-end intelligent  greenhouses covering the area of 12000 and 3000 ㎡，180 semi-underground greenhouses of  five varieties and 5000 ㎡  packaging warehouse for agricultural products. Meanwhile, we will also build  a skiing and grass-skating park covering an area of 90 mu.
