Junlebao  Foodstuff Sci-tech Park located in Chabei Administration District,  Zhangjiakou City, is constructed with the co-investment from Shijiazhuang  Junlebao Dairy Co., Ltd (abbreviated as Junlebao Dairy) and Hengzheng Cattle  Industry Co., Ltd. With a total investment of 3.6 billion Yuan, three baby  formula milk powder production lines, each with an annual production  capability of 30,000 tons and two milk cow farms will be constructed. Out of  which, the investment on the processing plant will be 400 million Yuan while  the rest 3.2 billion Yuan will be for the cow farms. The main technologies  and equipment applied are the most advanced in the world. The company is the  first enterprise in China to introduce the automatic base material  standardized system, automatic feeding system, low temperature on-line mixing  system and whole-process traceability system. It takes only 3-5 seconds to  finish the bactericidal process and less than 5000 primary milk colony is in  one millimeter of milk. From milking cow to the commodity milk powder only  takes two hours and visitors can look at the production process through a  special sightseeing passageway. After the completion of the project, the  annual handling capacity of fresh milk will be 120,000 tons, 30,000 tons of  baby formula milk powder, among which, 9,000 tons, 11,000 tons and 10,000  tons of milk powder especially for the infants, elder infant and little  children will be manufactured respectively. The annual sales value is 5  million Yuan with 510 million as tax revenue and 1000 employment  opportunities.
