This  project site is located in Laishui County, Baoding City, 90 kilometers from  Beijing downtown, 170 kilometers from Tianjin downtown and 75 kilometers from  Baoding downtown.    Water supply: The total deposit volume of water resources in Laishui County is 110 million m3.The underground water is of  good quality and meet the sanitary standards of drinking water. Water in the  resort is from our own supply well, which assures the quality and quantity of  the water here.    Power supply: There is a 110KV transformer substation and 6 35KV  transformer substations here in Laishui County. The power supply can be  annually 58000 KVA, which can meet the economic development demand in  Laishui. The power in the project site will be supplied by Laishui Power  Supply Company.    Other supporting facilities: water, power and gas supply and flat  land.    Construction content: Lvduo cold chain logistics and Hot Spring  Resort     Investment: 5.4 million yuan for the cold chain logistics with an area of  4000㎡ and 100 million  yuan for Lvduo Hot Spring Resort with an area of 40000㎡.
