This  park is located Jinmaling industrial development zone in Shahe City, Hebei  Province, 30 kilometers away from Xingtai City. It makes comprehensive use of  the barren mountains and hills by leveling and improving barren hills,  shutting down and renovating 4 small coal mines and deserted subsided land of  small collieries.    Haisheng eco-agricultural sightseeing park was constructed from October,  2011. The total investment is 200 million yuan. It is planned to construct  five zones: a fruit picking and sightseeing zone, a demonstration zone for  green vegetables, a animal husbandry zone and business reception zone.    Till now, the area of the leveling land is 3000 mu and building area 8600 ㎡. We have dug and filled over 18000  meters long horizontal ditch, constructed 6500 meters long water channel,  hardened 6000 meters long road, build a small   dam and 10 reservoirs and planted over 100000 fruit trees.
