With  total investment of 1.1 billion dollars, the project has three parts. The  first part is located in the east of Jieshi Mountain with an area of about  135 hectares. It plans to construct leisure expo garden of wine, including  characteristic hotel, wine town, commercial block with grape + local  characteristics , sightseeing corridor and landscape water system. The second  part is located in the middle of Jieshi Mountain with an area of about 20  hectares. It plans to construct modern leisure industrial park of wine  including organic grapes planting region, wine chateau zone, wine commercial  street, wine culture exhibition hall and cultural exchange area. The third  part is in the west of Jieshi Mountain with coverage area of about 10,000  square meters, planning to construct fine wine estate, including wine  production and canned workshop, storage room, wine cellar, office area, etc.  expected annual production of 1000 tons fine wine.
