On November 27-30, 2017, the 3rd Round of upgrading the negotiation of China-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement was held in New Zealand. Both sides conducted negotiations on topics such as technical barriers to trade, customs’ procedures and trade facilitation, rules of origin, trade in services, investment, movement of natural persons, competition policies, e-commerce, agricultural cooperation, environment, and government procurement. The negotiation has made positive progress.
